IT Project Management Senior Advisor- Hybrid

The job profile for this position is IT Project Management Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services, Inc. 

Requirements:

• Oversee Integrated Solution Managers’ (ISM) and System Teams’ work activities and assignments throughout the integrated testing life cycle.

• Review, evaluate, and formulate IT strategies, schedules, and scenarios.

• Evaluate and report progress in terms of quality and performance metrics for IT projects.

• Define and implement structured release plans (forecasting, tracking, reporting), quality assurance testing plans, and project timelines.

• Leverage test management and execution tools such as Jira and Zephyr.

• Manage frequent changes to project scope/schedule to meet project objectives, allocating staff and budget resources to meet corporate needs.

• Work with ISMs and Systems Teams to plan technical integrated, End-to-End, and regression testing that aligns with portfolio and program-level epics.

• Develop reusable automated test scripts and maintain their compatibility. Facilitate continuous improvement including identification and implementation of test automation.

• Ensure that team follows testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology. Participate in agile development and collaborate with developers and product managers to plan for testing.

• Measure and monitor testing project progress/results to ensure products are tested, validated, and demoed on time and within budget, achieve quality objectives, and are compliant with business policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Position requires a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or related and five (5) years of experience in IT Project Management, Test Management or related, or a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or related and two (2) years of experience in IT Project Management, Test Management or related.

• Must have experience with Jira, Zephyr, Agile Methodology, Scrum, and Quality Assurance Testing and Analysis.
