Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Manage multiple global projects or workstreams delivering security improvements for edge technology, ensuring alignment with strategic and business needs.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and documentation, and oversee governance activities to ensure accurate documentation and stakeholder approval.
- Coordinate and execute plant security program patching cycles, adhering to agreed timelines and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Schedule and oversee downtime windows at scale, providing day-to-day coordination and regular status updates to leadership through weekly meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across 40+ countries, fostering collaboration between operations, IT, and business units.
- Develop, present, and manage program metrics to measure and continuously improve program delivery performance.
- Identify opportunities for operational and engagement improvements with business units, leveraging knowledge of edge technology and business processes.
- Ensure adherence to quality control procedures, delivering projects to agreed time, cost, and quality targets while managing risks effectively.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Customer focused and is driven to achieve business value relevant outcomes.
Works effectively and collaborate with purpose with a wide variety of people.
Organized and able to plan effectively.
Manages multiple competing demands on time.
Drives results & is motivated to improve.
Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2 or CAPM)
Experience:
3+ years’ experience managing or influencing technical staff and projects working in a Project Management/Project Coordination role.
Proven success in improving the customer experience.
Experience working within a matrix structure.
Goal Oriented, have a get it done attitude
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to Industrial environment (Service centers, fulfillment centres etc.) is a plus
Exposure to IT Infrastructure and basic understanding of IT hardware components.
Understanding of IT Security and experience in working waterfall/agile projects.

Stakeholder relationship management
Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management.
Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships.
Implements a communications strategy, including, e.g. handling of complaints; problems and issues; managing resolutions; corrective actions and lessons learned; collection and dissemination of relevant information appropriately
Project management
Takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and satisfactory completion of medium-scale projects (typically lasting 6-12 months, with direct business impact, teams of 3-12 and firm deadlines).
Identifies, assesses, and manages risks to the success of the project.
Ensures that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and provides regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate.
Ensures Quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure.
Manages the change control procedure, and ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale, resource budgets, and are signed off
Provides effective leadership to the project team and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances.

Understand Operational Technology utilized by Brambles Plants, and integration of Informational Technology in conjuncture with Operational Technology
