As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.
- Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and project-related events.
- Monitor project progress and track project expenses and budgets.
- Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating them to project managers as necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a project coordination or project management role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- PMP certification is a plus.
