Mellon Technologies SA, seeks to hire an IT Project Coordinator (PMI or/and PMP Certified)
An IT Project Coordinator is assisting the PM in managing technology projects and their cost, time and scope. Responsibilities include: project plan, communication plan, allocating tasks setting milestones, Project’s risk administration.
Responsibilities
- Must Assist in the creation, management, and update project plans
- Must assist in defining project schedules, allocate resources and monitor the progress of the project
- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives
- Analyzes and assists in managing the project risks
- Assists in Monitoring and management the scope of the project
- Must use efficiently the priority among resources and project's needs
- Monitors the progress and the risks of a project and reports that to the PMO
- Must maintain the project's documentation
- Can work with multiple projects simultaneously
- Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors
Requirements
- Two or more years project management experience in IT
- Certified training courses on the Project Management
- The knowledge of Microsoft's tools like Teams, BI and Office will be highly appreciated
- The knowledge of project administration tools like MS Project and Jira, will be highly appreciated
- Detail-oriented
- Thrives in collaborative environment
- Good communications skills, with customers, project team and stakeholders
- Fluency in the English and Greek languages (oral and written)
- Business & IT strategy experience
- Customer-focused mindset
