IT Project / Application Manager - SAP Supply Chain Planning

Due to strong growth in recent years, we are looking for an experienced IT Project / Application Manager in the field of Supply Chain Planning to strengthen our Business Application Team.

As an IT Project / Application Manager you will manage and be responsible for certain system applications and international IT projects in the area of Supply Chain Planning, continuously analyze and improve our business processes in close collaboration with the specialist departments, and coordinate external partners.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In your role as an IT Project Manager, you take on the leadership and responsibility for international ERP projects in the SAP environment. You manage the project end-to-end, from requirements gathering to implementation.

APPLICATION MANAGEMENT

In the area of Application Management, you take responsibility for various SAP applications in the field of Supply Chain Planning. You ensure the professional and technical development of the application. This happens in close collaboration with various departments and external partners. Additionally, you support the strategic alignment and optimization of the IT system landscape.

PROCESS MANAGEMENT

You collaborate with the specialized departments to clarify the exact requirements, develop new integrated solutions and processes for the ERP system landscape from them, and manage the entire technical implementation. Additionally, you provide global support (3rd level) within the regular support structure for the business applications in your area of responsibility.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

As IT Project / Application Manager - SAP Supply Chain Planning you are responsible for planning and monitoring your project and application budget to ensure efficient use of financial resources and compliance with the given framework.

PARTNER MANAGEMENT

You plan the need and use of external resources according to the implementation effort. You ensure a smooth execution and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.

Completed technical or business education (ideally IT / Business Administration degree)

Relevant professional experience in project management and the SAP environment

At least 3 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning (processes and modules IBP, PP or APO)

In-depth knowledge of business processes in sales and production planning

Excellent communication skills, particularly in English (German is a plus)

Communicative, and solution-oriented personality who feels comfortable in a multicultural environment

Ability to work independently and autonomously in a team-oriented environment

Experienced project manager with excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as a comprehensive understanding of business processes

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
