Company Description

Based in Elsbethen, our IT team shapes Red Bull’s global technology direction — and we are currently expanding our Business Applications team. As an SAP/FI Application Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end management, development, and optimization of our SAP FI applications and finance-related projects. From daily operations to global transformation initiatives, you’ll ensure a stable, scalable, and high-performing finance application landscape.

This role goes beyond classic SAP FI. It focuses on shaping and managing the finance application landscape end‑to‑end (run and change), steering global projects, and ensuring a stable, high-performing SAP S/4 environment. We’re looking for someone with a strong SAP FI background who is curious, hands-on, and genuinely interested in applying AI technologies to finance processes in a practical, value-driven way.

Job Description

FINANCE-RELATED PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In this role, you will execute SAP S/4 projects in line with Red Bull IT standards and guidelines, translating business requirements into functional and technical solution concepts. You will lead projects end-to-end — from design through to go-live and stable operations — while driving efficient and scalable finance processes across a global application landscape.

APPLICATION MANAGEMENT

As the application owner for SAP FI solutions, you will manage the finance application landscape end to end, ensuring stable operations and driving continuous improvement. You will lead global rollouts and enhancements in line with business needs, provide global third-level support within established governance frameworks, and define and maintain clear IT governance and processes for finance applications.

BUDGETING & PLANNING

As IT Project / Application Manager - SAP/FI Applications you will plan and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for projects and continuous improvements, ensuring reliable forecasting and strong financial control across all initiatives.

PARTNER MANAGEMENT

You will coordinate and manage external SAP partners and consultants, ensuring alignment with Red Bull standards and delivery expectations. Together with internal and external stakeholders, you will shape pragmatic, user-centric solutions that meet business needs and support efficient finance processes.
