Job Summary:

Dine Source is seeking a Program Manager to join our team to provide management and technical support necessary for DOI ITSS 10 year IDIQ contract. The ideal candidate will bring knowledge of hands-on development, problem solving skills and experience delivering solutions to end users. Additionally, strong technical and communication skills are needed to work with experienced technical teams and in-turn communicate with non-technical employees and customers.

The position is dependent on contract award.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex projects/programs from design and development to production.
  • Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.
  • Define and schedule project/program implementations.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and develop contingency plans.
  • Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
  • Direct and oversee project engineering teams, managing conflicts within the group.
  • Perform team assessments and evaluations.
  • Identify and resolve project issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Define requirements for project risk and implement appropriate measures.
  • Design and maintain technical and project documentation.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Utilize scheduling and budgeting experience to effectively manage a large workforce.
  • Display leadership in managing projects to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

  • Required experience includes a minimum of 5 years of project management or IT Management.
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree related to the Information Technology field of study, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated 8 years of IT program management experience to substitute for the degree requirement.
  • Additionally, have a minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating and supporting IT business processes.
  • Coordinate and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee IT business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues as they arise to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in project management and IT business processes, incorporating new methodologies and tools as appropriate.
