Program Manager I – IT & Real Estate Integration

We’re seeking a Program Manager I to lead high-impact IT initiatives tied to office buildouts, relocations, and expansions—right here in vibrant Miami. This role partners closely with our Corporate Real Estate and IT teams to ensure every workspace is secure, connected, and ready for innovation.
- Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects for new office setups, expansions, and relocations.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Corporate Real Estate, Site Leaders, and IT teams (Infrastructure, Network, Security, Applications) to align goals and timelines.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with external service providers to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to identify risks, optimize resources, and guide project strategy.
- Executive Communication: Present insights and updates to stakeholders across all levels, from technical teams to senior leadership.
- Documentation Excellence: Maintain clear, actionable documentation using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Risk & Budget Oversight: Proactively manage risks and ensure projects stay within scope and budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, ideally in real estate or infrastructure environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to drive decisions.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid methodologies.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience managing IT components of office buildouts or relocations.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure (networking, AV, security systems).
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
