As part of the IT Business Partnership team, you will help drive Costa's transformation agenda by connecting business needs, technology capabilities, and delivery priorities. From demand shaping and business case development to program governance and execution, you will support the successful delivery of initiatives across commercial, digital, financial, and operational domains. Working with Business leaders, Product teams, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, and external partners, you will contribute to maximizing the value of technology investments while enabling a more product- and capability-oriented way of working.
Demand Management & Business Partnership
You will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping identify, qualify, and prioritize strategic needs. By translating business objectives into structured requirements, roadmaps, and technology initiatives, you will help ensure alignment between business priorities, IT strategy, and delivery capacity.
Program Leadership & Transformation Delivery
You will manage complex technology-enabled initiatives, providing structure, governance, and direction throughout the program lifecycle. From planning and prioritization to execution, risk management, and value realization, you will help ensure successful outcomes across cross-functional transformation programs.
Technology Enablement & Value Creation
You will work closely with Product teams, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI experts, vendors, and system integrators to shape solutions that address business challenges and create measurable value. Through process analysis, business case development, and impact assessment, you will support the evolution of Costa's technology landscape and transformation capabilities.
What Makes You Unique
- 8-10 years of experience in Program Management, Demand Management, Business Partnership, Business Analysis, PMO, Digital Transformation, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business priorities into actionable initiatives, roadmaps, business cases, and delivery plans.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional programs and projects, balancing priorities, managing risks, and driving execution across multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with technology delivery environments, working with product teams, external vendors, system integrators, and multi-partner ecosystems.
- Exposure to commercial, digital, customer-facing, or operational transformation initiatives is a plus. Experience with domains such as Pricing, Revenue Management, CRM, Order Management, Billing, or Omnichannel Customer Journeys is considered an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills, combined with curiosity, openness to innovation, and interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
