The role is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day production operations for enterprise applications, data platforms, and hybrid infrastructure (on‑premise and Azure cloud).This role provides technical leadership, incident and problem management expertise, and people management for a team of support engineers. The L2–L3 Lead ensures service reliability, operational excellence, timely incident resolution, and continuous improvement of production systems.This role has strong technical depth, owns complex escalations, drives root‑cause analysis, and mentors the team in modern IT operations practices.
