Description:

IT Product Support Coordinator

We’re hiring an IT Product Support Coordinator based in our Cluj tech hub. This is a high‑visibility, strategic role working directly with the IT Director and partnering with Technology Programme Managers across Marsh UK. You’ll own the operational, financial and risk foundations that make UK technology delivery possible — from audit readiness and regulatory tracking to financial governance. This role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Own the technology estate’s security posture — track vulnerabilities, remediation actions and compliance status across the portfolio.

  • Be the primary operational interface with AMS (Application Management Services): manage SLAs, surface and resolve escalations, and prevent delivery blockers.

  • Maintain audit readiness for the technology function: own the audit findings log, collect evidence, and drive findings to closure within agreed timelines.

  • Monitor and report regulatory compliance obligations relevant to the estate and escalate risks to the IT Director.

  • Own and maintain the technology risk register — keep it live, current and actively managed in governance forums.

  • Own the financial tracking model for Risk Technology: maintain visibility of investment spend, forecast vs actuals and budget utilisation.

  • Support investment governance: ensure business cases are financially evidenced and investments are tracked against delivery outcomes.

  • Coordinate the change advisory process — ensure changes follow agreed governance and are properly risk‑assessed before implementation.

  • Use AI and automation tools to accelerate reporting, analysis and operational tasks; embed automation where it improves control and efficiency.

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience technology operations, risk, or programme governance — ideally within financial services, insurance or another regulated sector.

  • Track record of owning financial tracking and reporting for technology portfolios and presenting figures to senior leadership.

  • Demonstrable experience owning audit, compliance or regulatory obligations in a technology context.

  • Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or equivalent delivery tooling (backlog management, intake, reporting configuration).

  • Experience owning change governance processes and understanding risk and control within regulated technology environments.

  • Strong written communication — able to translate complex operational and financial data into concise reporting for board‑level audiences.

  • Highly organised with a strong sense of ownership — you close things, not just track them.

  • Comfortable operating across ambiguity — able to build structure and maintain discipline while the operating model evolves.

  • Active user of AI and automation tools in day‑to‑day work.

What makes you stand out:

  • Exposure to financial services, insurance or another regulated sector.

  • Familiarity with DORA, FCA or PRA technology resilience obligations.

  • Experience in programme governance, or operational lead role within a product‑led technology function.

  • Understanding investment governance frameworks, business case structuring and delivery outcome tracking.

  • Experience automating financial and operational reporting using scripting, BI tools or AI‑assisted workflows.

  • Multilingual ability or experience operating across multiple global regions.
