Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development process, including daily developer stand-ups and sprint planning; you will manage the digital workspace (HIVE) by creating sprints, assigning tasks, and adjusting project milestones
- Actively manage and prioritize the product backlog (support issues, enhancements, and projects) to ensure developer efforts align with high-value business needs and technical dependencies
- Coordinate the prioritization of testing cycles, specifically aligning global teams (including US and India-based resources) to ensure seamless validation across time zones
- Lead "Change Advisory Board" (CAB-ready) meetings; manage the ServiceNow workflow, submitting Service Change Requests (SCRs) and overseeing the transition from development to production
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) and manual deployment types to ensure "Go-Live" events are successful and validated
- Lead the weekly refinement of features for Warehouse Management and Operations (WFM/OFS), ensuring requirements are gathered meticulously for both single-task enhancements and complex, multi-track projects
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT and Operations, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can translate complex technical jargon into understandable strategies for non-technical stakeholders
- Represent the M&D IT team in executive staff meetings, lead "Lunch and Learn" training sessions, and deliver dynamic presentations to all levels of the organization
- Act as the lead for internal process audits (ISO:9001 Audits), demonstrating a firm grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and internal control standards
- Identify bottlenecks in departmental workflows and recommend systemic changes to increase productivity and quality
- Develop custom reports and dashboards (via ServiceNow and HIVE) to monitor system usage, capacity utilization, and accuracy, providing actionable recommendations to leadership
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BS/BA Degree in IT Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Communications (or equivalent relevant experience and education)
- MS or MBA preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in related field
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with backlog management, SDLC flows, requirements gathering, release management, and system documentation
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and Lean manufacturing principles
- Exceptional influence skills with the ability to mediate between disparate groups and integrate various opinions into a cohesive product strategy
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues promptly with minimal direction
- Six Sigma, Lean, TQM, or PMP certifications preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow for demand management and reporting

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,400.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

Skills Required
