We are seeking a dynamic and strategic IT Product Owner to lead the Learning & Development (L&D) product. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, user-centric design, and business acumen to evolve the learning ecosystem, ensuring efficient processes and enhanced learning experience to field force teams in LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Learning platforms supporting L&D teams, aligning with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with local & regional Learning teams, Technology Services, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Platform Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of related platforms, including vendor management, platform enhancements, and user experience optimization.
- User-Centric Design: Ensure platforms are intuitive, accessible, and engaging for Field force teams and L&D teams with diverse needs and technological proficiency.
- Data & Analytics: Leverage data to monitor platform usage, programs outcomes, and engagement metrics to inform continuous improvement.
- Change Management & Training: Facilitate onboarding, training, and support for L&D teams to maximize platform adoption and effectiveness.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure platforms adhere to data privacy, security standards, and organizational compliance requirements.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital and Learning platforms to innovate and enhance the L&D ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Product Owner, preferably in Learning & Development domain in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience leading learning platforms (LMS/LCMS/LXP), including reinforcement and certification solutions, virtual role-play capabilities, and scalable learning content creation is highly desirable.
- Experience leading regional complex projects is strongly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Technical background with familiarity in software development, APIs, integrations, and user experience design.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to self-direct, plan and complete complex initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.
