Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Product Owner, Customer Communications, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog for customer communication features within the Retail Wireless Core Services team. You will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and deliver value to our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of customer communication strategies, agile methodologies, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product vision and business objectives
  • Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, marketing, operations) to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Act as the voice of the customer through user research, feedback collection, and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities
  • Participate in all agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensure strong execution
  • Communicate progress, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure features meet acceptance criteria and drive key performance indicators

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,400.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
