What you’ll do:
As an IT Product Owner – Commercial Solutions, you’ll be responsible for managing and evolving solutions that support Commercial, Sales, and Go-to-Market processes across LATAM. You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders, users, and technology teams, ensuring comercial/B2B IT products, deliver business value, drive adoption, and support strategic objectives.
In detail, you will:
- Define and manage product roadmap and priorities aligned with business needs.
- Gather, translate, and prioritize business requirements into actionable product enhancements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, vendors, and development teams.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and user satisfaction, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support product governance, backlog management, testing, and release planning.
- Drive user engagement, change management, training, and communication activities.
- Ensure alignment between business strategy and digital product evolution.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, Data & Analytics or related field.
- Experience in IT Business Partner, Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, customer experience, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
- English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.
Where you’ll be:
You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.
OR
You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
