  • Proactively identify opportunities for solution rollout, coordinate internal resources, and lead the implementation of supply chain tools and mid-platform products.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in supply chain design, planning, or operations management.
  • Experience in platform-based, e-commerce, or retail/FMCG environments is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with cross-border supply chain operations and the ability to build and utilise supply chain modelling tools.
  • Basic understanding of financial systems and finance-related workflows.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable, data-driven solutions and strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with proven ability to drive initiatives across departments.
  • Adaptable and resilient under pressure, with a proactive and innovative mindset.
  • Demonstrates strong product thinking, with proven experience in managing projects and optimising business processes.

  • 对供应链规划层,计划层,执行层业务框架有整体认识,将供应链规划解构为供应链产品需求(PRD),为供应链产品进行输入。

  • 理解业财一体的整体系统架构,并且有过业财一体的项目经经验。

  • 快速找到切入点并整合内部资源对解决方案快速推进落地,运营并配置供应链中台产品。

职位要求
  • 5年以上供应链解决方案设计规划及运营管理等相关经验,具有丰富行业经验(平台和零售模式优先),业内专家人士(行业视角)。

  • 了解跨境供应链方案,能够搭建供应链计算模型,对设计结果进行预判。

  • 对财务系统,财务业务流程有一定的了解。

  • 熟悉快销行业特点,了解快销供应链,有自营类快销/电商平台台经验优先。

  • 具有良好的结构化思维能力,较强方案整合能力;一定的数据分析能力,较强的业务规划、思考力;有快销/电商用研相关工作经验优先。

  • 有很强的沟通、协调、跨部门推进落地能力,创新学习能力强;有很只好的抗压能力,能够有效的组织和推进外联合作。

  • 有产品思维,有较强的项目管理,流程管理能力。

  • 具备良好的英语沟通能力,能够熟练进行口头和书面表达。

Skills Required
