Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Technology EC Pro Product Manager with expertise in the ServiceNow platform to join our product management team. The successful candidate will analyze customer requirements, product performance and future road map within the ServiceNow ecosystem to help deliver business value and optimize our ServiceNow-based solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Service Now combined with analytical and excellent communication skills.
What are we looking for?
4+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or product management focused on ServiceNow or similar platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as Employee Center, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
Ability to translate complex ServiceNow technical features into business value propositions.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What will be your key responsibilities?
ServiceNow Product Analysis
Conduct in-depth analysis of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules and third-party integrations to identify enhancement opportunities and competitive positioning.Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to gather detailed requirements and feedback related to ServiceNow implementations and customizations.Data-Driven Insights
Analyze usage data, feedback trends, and service metrics within ServiceNow to assess product effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.External Trends
Stay current with ServiceNow product updates, industry trends to inform product roadmap and innovation strategies.Requirements Documentation and Prioritization

Work closely with ServiceNow developers, user research & design architects, IT operations, and service line product owners to ensure alignment on product goals and successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.Reporting and Communication
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations on ServiceNow product performance, adoption metrics, and customer satisfaction for leadership and stakeholders.Support Product Lifecycle
Assist in testing new ServiceNow features, validating custom workflows, and ensuring quality and compliance with organizational standards.
