Main Responsibilities:
- Manages and monitors IT project billing processes, ensuring accurate follow-up and reporting.
- Prepares and tracks consumption reports for IT projects and headcount consumption reports.
- Tracks and manages the billing of suppliers, while implementing savings actions.

Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management or similar.
- + 2 years of experience as Project Manager or in Billing and Invoicing Management.
- Knowledge of Supplier Management, Billing, Budget and Invoices.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specially Excel.
- Proficiency in English and French (mandatory).
- Driven to team work.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
