About the Role

In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with various category departments to ensure purchasing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs. You will also track supplier performance, analyze product stock values, and contribute to data-driven decisions by preparing and presenting detailed reports on procurement activities and key business metrics.

Responsibilities

Managing purchase orders in line with the company’s procurement strategy, ensuring timely creation and regular follow-up with suppliers
Monitoring procurement markets for assigned products and conducting relevant analyses
Negotiating and finalizing agreements on pricing, payment terms, and delivery with suppliers
Collaborating and maintaining effective communication with relevant category departments regarding purchasing processes (e.g., price, deadlines)
Conducting analyses on suppliers’ service levels, product stock values, and related metrics
Preparing and presenting reports on procurement and business processes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
4–6 years of experience in IT procurement or a related discipline
Experience across all IT procurement categories, including hardware, software, and telecommunications
Strong knowledge of market research and price comparison
Solid understanding of supplier relationship management and process management
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools
Excellent communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement tools (SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or similar)
