TITLE: IT Procurement Manager – Infrastructure & Cloud

LOCATION: Atlanta, Georgia - Onsite

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Manager with a focus on IT infrastructure and cloud services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, specifically within IT infrastructure and cloud environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage procurement processes for IT infrastructure and cloud services, including strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inform procurement strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
• Implement spend management strategies to optimize costs and ensure supplier diversity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all procurement activities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT procurement, with a focus on infrastructure and cloud services.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Including a working understanding of contract terms and conditions and risk mitigration
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Understanding of ethical purchasing practices and ability to work with Legal on compliance issues.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS).
• Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and driving cost savings.
