We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as an IT Buyer! You will be responsible for support of all procurement activities for the organization.  Responsible for specific IT related spend categories and development of preferred supplier lists for each category. Develop and maintain efficient and effective policies, procedures, and suppliers. Experience with IT Spend Categories that includes SAAS, PAAS, Telecom, CRM, CLM, Software, Software Licensing and deployment, Hardware, Project Management, Document Management, and cost savings initiatives.

• Review and evaluate contracts and proposals. Support negotiations as requested and continue to seek out and promote cost savings initiatives to benefit the organization.

• Manage a set of mid-level IT and Technology suppliers and Value-Added Resellers.

• Develop and provide reporting to track statistics around on-time delivery, invoices, purchase order accuracy, cost savings, and timeliness.

• Assist senior personnel with RFX creation and compilation of results and evaluations. Participate in quarterly business reviews with suppliers and business units.

• Lead projects across the organization to include policy and procedure design, supplier selection, and reporting.

• Analyze and understand industry prices, price trends, and make recommendations regarding our pricing.

• Assist and aid in processing procurement requests and transactions through PO and other processes, including Service Now, Workday or other ERP systems and supplier / vendor Portal related type requests and processes.

• Maintain records of products and services acquired and received, along with supporting invoice processing and verification.

• Interface with and support various levels of the IT organization and other internal teams.

• 1-5+ years applicable experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field preferred
