The Delivery Management Professional leads medium-to-large complex process and technology-driven initiatives within the Enterprise Platforms Infrastructure & Engineering Business Operations. Operating at the intersection of strategy and operations, you will define and control initiative scopes and delivery, lead continuous process optimization, embed governance frameworks, and leverage data and AI for process augmentation. While navigating intricate stakeholder environments, you will connect operational efficiency directly with broader enterprise business objectives. Scope: Independently defines, manages, and controls the scope of medium-to-large initiatives in heavy infrastructure, platform and engineering environments. Elicits complex requirements and aligns execution directly with broader enterprise strategies and sub-functional dependencies.
Operational Excellence & Problem Solving: Drives root-cause analysis on delivery and operational issues using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Formulates actionable improvement plans, identifies feedback loops for system/process improvements, and pragmatically deals with ambiguity.
Process & Framework Governance: Oversees the health, adoption, and compliance of enterprise IT processes by embedding standards such as ITIL and the Open Group IT4IT. Continuously identifies opportunities for process augmentation with AI to streamline workflows and reduce manual overhead.
Delivery Discipline & Data Management: Tracks initiative milestones, budget health, and risk parameters. Ensures data integrity within operational and project management tooling, leveraging reliable data management techniques to report transparent status and drive evidence-based decisions.
Software Quality & Compliance Principles: Partner with technical teams to ensure initiatives incorporate software quality engineering principles, regulatory rigor, and compliance standards.
Stakeholder Management: Identifies and manages a diverse range of stakeholders across technical and business domains. Acts as a trusted advisor, proactively shapes stakeholder perspectives, resolves multi-disciplinary conflicts, and manages communications transparently.
Education / Experience
Proven track record operating in a delivery management archetype e.g. Project Manager, Program Manager, Process SME managing medium to large, technology- and process-related projects within a heavy infrastructure or enterprise engineering environment.
Demonstrated experience in driving initiatives from end-to-end strategy through to scalable operational realities, translating high-level strategic requirements into actionable execution plans, continuous operations, and measurable outcomes.
Process improvement experience: Hands-on experience mapping, optimizing, and governing operational processes using structured improvement frameworks.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in using various project delivery methodologies to manage complex dependencies and multi-faceted initiatives.
Practical application or certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) for continuous improvement and root cause analysis. Familiarity with software quality engineering practices and compliance principles.
Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes and familiarity with architecture frameworks to align IT tools, value streams, and capabilities.
Practical understanding of data management principles (data quality, reporting, metrics) and practical awareness of leveraging AI to augment and automate business processes.

Compensation & BenefitsThe expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170,100.00 PLN - 315,900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.This position also offers an attractive benefits package.
