As an IT Process Consultant - Solution Expert for Development Support, you will act as the link between Business and IT, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions while supporting development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities within the global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Data Services (PDS) landscape.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and international IT colleagues to optimize product development processes, enhance system performance, and drive the evolution of our environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solution concepts and validate the delivered solutions;
• Coordinate change requests and priorities across Business, IT and development teams and support sprint activities;
• Provide 3rd-level support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution within the PLM/Windchill environment;
• Support solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities across Development, Test, and Production environments;
• Support UAT, defect management, release activities, and go-live support;
• Monitor system integrations, interfaces, and overall application stability;
• Drive process improvements, standardization, automation, and compliance with governance standards.

Your Skills

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field;
• Experience in PLM, development support, engineering processes, or related manufacturing environments;
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management solutions, ideally PTC Windchill;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills;
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, testing, release, and change management processes;
• Fluent English skills, with strong communication, collaboration, and customer-oriented mindset.
