What you’ll do
- Support Security Governance activities: assist in Business Impact Assessments (BIA), risk register maintenance, IT control testing, and documentation of findings.
- Support Privacy by Design in new IT initiatives (incl. SaaS/AI): contribute to PIA/DPIA, map data flows, assess legal bases.
- Assist with Personal Data Breach handling: initial triage, fact gathering, assessment of notification obligations, coordination with IT/SOC and Legal.
- Work with GRC/Privacy tooling (e.g., OneTrust/ServiceNow), plus Microsoft 365.
- Participate in audits and internal control reviews, collecting evidence for ITGC, ISO 27001, or privacy audits.
Who you are
- Currently studying Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Law / Technology Law (approx. 2nd–5th year or equivalent).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail; able to summarize complex topics clearly.
- Strong interest in information security, GDPR, and AI governance.
- Fluent in English, comfortable collaborating in an international environment.
- Proactive, curious, and organized, with good communication skills.
Nice to have
- Interest in the EU AI Act and AI governance; experience in legal tech-law societies or legal support to IT/AI projects.
