IT Portfolio Manager - Customer Facing Systems
Full Time Perm
Way of Work: Hybrid – two days on location
Location: Columbus, OH
Salary: $125,800 - $188,600, plus 15% annual bonus

The IT Customer Application, delivery, and support organization is responsible for the following:

Supporting all the systems and processes for the customer organization, including Billing, Customer Call center, Customer engagement Channel, etc.

Delivering on all the projects and programs to help meet the business objectives for the Customer organization

Supporting all the regulatory and compliance projects

Supporting the Advance Metering Infrastructure program
The IT Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects or large transformational projects that span multiple organizations. In this role you will works across IT towers and with the business partners to develop an overall program strategy for a portfolio of work along with the project planning and resourcing needed for execution. You will also be responsible for delivering all projects and enhancements within their portfolio on time and on budget while meeting the strategic and business requirements of the organization.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Plans and manages a portfolio of multi-million dollar IT programs that are comprised of highly visible, high-profile projects that span the organization and have significant enterprise impact.

Communicates with IT leadership and senior business leadership to review program strategy, direction and changes.

Manages a team of multiple project managers and project resources for the execution of programs/projects.

Monitors, measures and reports on program status to IT leadership and senior business leadership.

Manages multiple service providers selected to participate in assigned projects, including full vendor management procedures

On time and on budget delivery of a portfolio of complex projects and enhancements

Financial forecasting and management for a portfolio of work
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
-
10+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager
-
5+ years of experience managing $5 – $10M+ budgets
-
5+ years of experience coaching, developing, and/or leading a team
Preferred Qualifications

PMP Certification
-
ITIL
-
Waterfall to Agile transformation
