Position Purpose: This intern will help elevate our Portfolio and Financial Management team by automating manual reporting & processes, embedding AI capabilities, and streamlining processes.
- identifies opportunities for automation and build solutions to streamline manual processes
- Identifies risks and opportunities in alignment with overall project/portfolio metrics and strategies
- Performs follow-up with key project contacts to mitigate risks
- Assists with producing visuals to showcase data in a meaningful manner
- Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry
- Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in Finance or a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.
Pay Range: $18-26/hour
Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, health insurance, 401(k) and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field, or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
