IT Platform/Infrastructure Engineer Specialist II

Mission

Design, implement and support robust endpoint and infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs, ensuring reliable and scalable operations through automation, monitoring and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality services, drive incident resolution and optimize Azure and endpoint environments, while contributing to innovation initiatives and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Azure, Windows 11, MS365 and endpoint environments
• Manage incidents, requests and changes across Azure Virtual Desktop and VDI services
• Support mobile device management (iOS, Android, Windows) via SOTI MobiControl
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS Teams, applications and infrastructure
• Collaborate with Front Line IT, business teams and application owners
• Monitor ticket trends and identify automation or service improvement opportunities
• Support application packaging, deployment and testing (MSIX, Winget, etc.)
• Ensure reliable performance of business-critical systems (SAP, Oracle, ERP)
• Contribute to Azure-related incident resolution and service delivery
• Participate in project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or platform engineering
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop and VDI environments
• Experience with Microsoft technologies: O365, Teams, Windows 11, Intune
• Knowledge of mobile device management tools (SOTI preferred)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Repos & Pipelines)
• Basic scripting/automation skills (PowerShell)
• Understanding of application packaging and deployment tools
• Strong troubleshooting, ticket management and prioritization skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
