Job Description
Your role:
-
Analysing processes and making proposals regarding process re-engineering and IT solutions.

Responsible for realization and implementation of required IT solution, including testing, training and SLA.

Drive solution design as a recognized Expert, to meet business requirements, recognizing the impact on inter-related systems.

Should have in-depth knowledge of related technology areas for specific domain. Adhere & drive improvements to standards, guidelines & process.

Work in scrum teams for realization of E2E technology solutions.

Work with Devops teams for all operational activities including Incidents, MEC, YEC and service Catalogues.

Builds active networks with key contacts in and outside Philips to keep abreast of new developments/insights in own areas of expertise.

Business process re-engineering and deployment of IT solutions, knowledge of a specific business process and infrastructure.

Understands the business impact of different solutions, and can assess and communicate the trade-offs between business needs, technology requirements, costs and risk.

Counsels senior management and obtains buy-in for initiatives.

Functions as project leader of small teams, if required.
You're the right fit if:
· Domain or related IT experience for > 10 years
· Certified in one or more functional domains and related business processes.
· 10+ years of experience in Apttus CPQ cloud technologies with full Project life-cycle Implementation experience including architecture and design principles.
· Proficient in Salesforce cloud features and ability to decide and weigh between native features vs customization needs.
· Hands-on experience on Salesforce automation and customization using Apex, goo understanding of CI/CD processes.
