Job Description
Part of a team of specialists responsible for the efficient and timely processing of all end-user PC requests across the company's global locations. This role is the critical link between user hardware needs and the physical procurement of IT assets, ensuring that all employees, regardless of location, receive the necessary equipment to perform their roles effectively.
Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations
Request Management:
Monitor, review, and process incoming IT hardware requests (new PCs, replacements, upgrades) submitted through the company's ticketing system.
Validate request details, required specifications, and user authorization according to established global policies.
Track all customer communication and users' requests in ServiceNow. Ensure customer satisfaction by reviewing and performing follow-up communications on open/closed requests.
Asset Allocation & Logistics:
Determine the most efficient fulfillment method for each request.
Stockroom Fulfillment: Manage and allocate existing PC assets from stockroom inventory, coordinating with local IT teams or logistics partners for shipping and delivery.
Procurement Processing: For assets not in stock, generate and submit Purchase Orders / Requests, ensuring accurate specifications and vendor requirements are documented.
Track and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the request, from submission to delivery and final inventory update.
Global Coordination:
Serve as the logistics point of contact for IT hardware requests for users in all countries where the company operates.
Navigate and manage the complexities of international shipping, customs documentation, and local procurement processes to minimize delays.
Collaborate closely with IT support teams, procurement, and finance departments globally.
Coordinate with vendors to request quotes when necessary and follow up on Purchase orders and delivery to resolve issues and avoid delivery delays.
Inventory & Asset Management:
- Maintain accurate and real-time records of all assigned and ordered IT assets within the Servicenow Asset Management Database.Assist in periodic auditing and reconciliation of hardware inventory across global stock locations.
The individual must present a positive customer service experience for fellow employees
Create and maintain in-house documentation; these include but are not limited to checklists, IT Asset Management, general policies, and procedures.
Prioritize critical issues and escalate issue(s) following defined processes.
Participate in process improvement activities and testing efforts of new and updated workflows.
Develop, maintain, and continually refine ServiceNow reports, metrics, and dashboards to provide actionable insights into IT asset provisioning performance and identify areas for process improvement.
Expand knowledge and learn new systems and procedures.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Desired Background/Knowledge/Skills
2+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field, preferably within a large, multinational organization including demonstrated success in supporting and resolving end-user requests
Foundational understanding of standard PC hardware components, configurations, and operating systems (Windows and macOS).
Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and Asset Management Systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with users and partners across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Proven ability to manage complex, time-sensitive logistics, including international shipping and vendor coordination.

Basic Requirements
Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
Experience with global purchasing and procurement processes.
Fluent communication skills in English
Able to read and understand procedural documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing.
