HVDC is a product group in Hitachi Energy. We develop, manufacture, and sell DC transmission systems globally.
We are now looking for multiple IT/OT System Test Engineers to work with HVDC Control & Protection IT/OT systems within the Factory System Test (FST) phase of our projects!

How you’ll make an impact
- You will have a key role in ensuring the details for FST integration setup
- Preparing and setting up physical connection of project network, installation of SCADA components like servers, firewall, switches, applications software’s
- Performing network greenling
- Ensure the test plan and testing procedure and process are in place.
- To be proactive in finding solutions & to continuously improve the process
- You are eager to learn and implement experiences from others as well as your own work and have a mindset towards continuous improvement
Your background
- A university degree within a relevant technical area, preferably Computer Science or other relevant education/experience
- You have 5+ years of experience working in the field of SCADA, Networking and Cyber Security.
- You have a strong technical interest
- You have great communication skills and can easily seek and find the needed information
- Experience with Azure DevOps is valuable.
- As you will be part of a global business, it is important that you are fluent in English. Knowing Swedish language is meritorious.
