Job Purpose and Impact
The Regional IT/OT Analyst I job assists in maintaining and optimizing the organization's infrastructure. Under close supervision, this job helps maintain reliable and secure core platforms, including servers, networks and storage systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, leading regular maintenance and implementation of updates to keep systems running smoothly. This job also collaborates with other information technology teams to enable business operations and improve overall system performance.
Key Accountabilities
- SYSTEM MAINTENANCE & UPDATES: Supports regular maintenance and updates on servers, networks, and other infrastructure components to maintain optimal performance and security.
- TROUBLESHOOTING & ISSUE RESOLUTION: Participates in diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
- PERFORMANCE MONITORING & OPTIMIZATION: Partners to apply various tools to monitor system performance, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
- SECURITY MANAGEMENT: Partners to implement security measures to protect infrastructure from threats and maintain compliance with organizational policies.
- BACKUP & DISASTER RECOVERY: Assists in backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity in case of system failures.
- COLLABORATION: Partners with internal and external teams to implement service improvements, maintain high level user or customer satisfaction, and share business outcomes through key performance indicators.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic network architecture.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Basic infrastructure troubleshooting experience.
- High familiarity with the technical details of the system and interactions with other solutions
- Minimum of two years of information technology and industry work experience
