ABOUT THE POSITION
IT Operations Specialist at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: You'll establish the IT presence in our growing Vilnius office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while building scalable processes that support the business as it grows. From managing core workplace platforms and providing hands-on technical support to designing structured IT onboarding and cybersecurity training programmes, you'll help create a secure, efficient, and exceptional employee experience across the organization.

SALARY: 2500-3135 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.

Skills Required
- Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace
- Experience managing Microsoft 365, including Teams and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Experience administering collaboration platforms such as Asana
- Strong end-user support experience across both Windows and macOS environments
- Experience working with N-Able N-sight or another Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) solution
- Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including phishing prevention, MFA, endpoint security, and secure data handling
- Ability to create and deliver training sessions for non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management solutions such as Jamf or Intune
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems
- Previous experience building IT onboarding or cybersecurity awareness programmes
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership
