Are you ready to join us?
Your tasks:
- You will support our employees worldwide with IT issues relating to hardware, software, accounts and the digital workplace - remotely and on site, with a particular focus on Apple devices (macOS, iOS).
- You handle IT queries reliably and in a solution-oriented manner, keeping a cool head and a friendly attitude even in stressful situations.
- You work closely with colleagues from IT Engineering and IT Security, especially in the further development of our Apple infrastructure, e.g. with JAMF and Intune
- You document carefully in our ticket system (e.g. Kanbanize/ServiceNow) and create helpful knowledge articles to prevent recurring problems in the Self Service Portal
- You actively contribute to the further development of our support processes and design solutions that make our users' everyday lives easier.
- You constantly develop yourself further, remain open to new technologies and use opportunities to look beyond your own area of responsibility and help shape it.
Your profile:
- Completed training in the IT field, for example as an IT specialist for system integration and initial professional experience in IT service units
- Strong initiative, strong communication skills and customer orientation
- User and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Experience in user support and experience in the implementation of IT projects
- Good knowledge of MAC OS and Microsoft Windows
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
