Key Responsibilities:
As an IT Operations Manager, you will lead operations for multiple IT workloads, including Business Intelligence, Data, Transactional Systems, Automation Systems, and Web Applications. You will support P&G application teams on their journey to the cloud by provisioning new resources and enabling business transformation. Acting as the IT Operations Leader for your site, you will work with the Site GBS IT/OT Leader and administer IT operations within your area of responsibility, which may include partial or full site coverage.
Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with local Power, Controls, and Information Systems resources to support IT components in the OT space, interact with various PS functions such as Cybersecurity leaders for OT security, and engage with GBS functions like Regulatory Sector Operations to drive operational excellence and resiliency.
Responsibilities:
- Incident Management: Lead technical incidents to resolution and collaborate with relevant teams to address complex issues.
- Technical Mastery: Troubleshoot issues related to applications, computing, and networking.
- Change Management/Implementation: Oversee IT change management for your site, ensuring quality execution of changes.
- Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of IT/OT operations.
- End-to-End IT Operations for the Site: Oversee all IT operations, ensuring alignment with site priorities and global GBS focus areas.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain always-on IT and OT infrastructure and networking.
- Systemic Remediation of IT Issues: Address IT issues identified by GIA.
- IT Continuity Planning: Develop strategies to avoid unplanned downtime.
- IT Compliance and Cybersecurity: Ensure adherence to cybersecurity vulnerabilities and information security standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of one role with diverse experiences in IT operations is required.
- Demonstrated depth of applied IT skills on one IT job profile.
- Experience in teamwork while demonstrating cultural awareness and a willingness to share insights.
- Ability to define and lead the work necessary to shape team dynamics, organizational culture, or IT practices.
