Position Summary

This position's primary focus is the governance, tracking, driving, and reporting for the PC Client Currency Program. The Client Currency Operations manager will be responsible for identifying areas in the Program that would benefit from process improvements and then implementing those to create efficiencies.

Another primary responsibility will be ensuring the OKRs and KPIs for the Program are achieved. Dependencies, supporting workstreams/initiatives and roadblocks will require identification, tracking and resolution as part of the responsibilities.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for on-time and on-budget delivery of goals, OKRs and KPIs and will be the hub for communications across all levels of the Enterprise for their respective part of the Program. At this time, the PC Currency Program consists of Operating System updates and upgrades (Mac and Windows), O365 updates and upgrades and the PC Refresh initiative.
Required Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in IT project/program management.

3+ years’ experience in OS upgrade, o365 implementation, application compatibility or hardware refresh initiatives.

3+ years’ experience facilitating meetings and actioning or tracking all follow ups.  

3+ years’ experience with project planning and implementation.

5+ years of experience with OKR metric success in implementing Windows upgrades, macOS upgrades, O365 upgrades or PC Refresh initiatives.

5+ years of experience with identifying risk, issue, and dependency management.

5+ years of experience utilizing Power BI for reporting and the MS Suite of Office Products, especially Excel.

  

Preferred Qualifications
Able to work in a metrics driven environment.

Good business acumen and professional communication skill.

Ability to identify areas of improvement in a mature operation and create workstreams that drive the improvement to production.

Candidate needs to be able to prepare reporting and present to executive level leadership and in large-scale Town Hall style.

Extremely skilled communicator with the ability to translate technical language into understandable goals and reports.

Candidate must be skilled at communicating with stakeholders and team members outside of the meeting confines.

Ability to guide collaborative efforts between cross functional teams.

Problem solving skills needed daily.

Understanding when to escalate blockers, dependencies, and issues.

Superior tracking and analytical skills necessary.

Military Experience.

Education
Associate degree or relevant work experience.

Project Management certifications preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
