We are looking for a strong technical leader to guide a team of more than (40) IT system support specialists managing legacy logistics and engineering applications for the US Coast Guard. Functions include network server support, system server upgrades, incident resolution amp; request fulfillment, patching and security updates.
The Operations Manager will have broad experience running teams in an ITIL-based Service Operation environment.
The Manager will control the team operating budget, value delivery, and individual performance. YOU are an energetic leader who grows a team that can meet tough challenges.

YOUR work location is the US Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Hybrid working arrangements are considered, but a tangible presence at the ALC is vital.
