Red River is seeking an Operations Manager to join our growing team! This position will be responsible for onboarding new clients that require extensive integration of processes and personnel to RRMS.

Primary Position Tasks:

  • Work with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to ensure levels are met, issues are resolved
  • Works with the client contracts and finance to meet commitments, requirements and expectations of the services
  • Manages timely submission of client deliverables and transition milestones, tracks client acceptance of deliverables and changes.
  • Checks and approves monthly invoice(s), supports development of all amendment pricing proposals service fees and change requests.
  • Works with SDM to ensure compliance with client data privacy and cyber security obligations including security and connectivity projects
  • Prepares documents and facilitates (including scheduling) account governance meetings such as weekly operations checkpoints, monthly performance reviews and quarterly business reviews.
  • Reports on metrics and continuous improvement plans to enhance management of accounts, cost controls and customer satisfaction.
  • Plans, prioritizes efforts and reports results, changes, quality enhancements and metrics to illustrate value to client.
  • Implements Customer Satisfaction Program and meets with clients to obtain feedback and review customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Active SECRET security clearance 
  • Understanding of finance with a passion for numbers
  • Strong decision-making skills based on complex problem solving and strategic thinking.
  • Good working knowledge of various systems covering finance, marketing and operations

 

Preferred Education/Certification/Experience:

  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and requirements.
  • Project Management familiarity

Essential Elements (Mental; Physical; Equipment used):

This position is an office position that requires remaining in a stationary position for multiple hours throughout the workday.

This position requires the ability to continuously communicate with co-workers throughout the day utilizing Red River approved and/or provided communication tools and equipment.
