IT Operations Lead

You will:

Management:
Team: Lead the IT Support team and ensure SLA targets;
Budget: Manage the annual IT budget and lead negotiations with hardware/software vendors;
Policy Design: Establish and enforce corporate IT policies and environment standards.
Technical Operations:
Infrastructure: Plan and improve IT infrastructure and service delivery;
Helpdesk Excellence: Ensure all employees receive fast, effective IT support via the Jira helpdesk;
Migrations: Lead cross-platform data migrations (e.g., Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace);
Efficiency: Implement AI and automation tools to streamline manual workflows.
Security & Compliance
Access Control: Manage all employee SaaS subscriptions and access permissions;
Device Management: Manage MDM solutions and maintain a full hardware/software inventory;
Audit & Risk: Conduct data audits and internal investigations to ensure corporate compliance (e.g. ISO 27001).

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a Head of IT support / IT Operations Lead (or similar) role;
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments;
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, security, and cloud services;
Experience with budgeting, cost optimization, and vendor management;
Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives;
Team management experience;
Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach;
Experience in automating business processes;
Advanced English language and Ukrainian language.
