IT Operations Engineer

Tricentis is seeking to hire a IT Operations Engineer, with a focus around Identity and Access Management (IAM).   The key individual should be able to manage the end to end operation of user and application onboarding and offboarding, user access reviews, and process workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and cloud applications, through the administration, proactive monitoring, and timely management of incidents.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into secure infrastructure solutions that support our organizational goals.

• Participate in projects and initiatives that support infrastructure lifecycle management, integration, optimization, and deployment of new technologies.

• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, industry standards, and security requirements related to infrastructure and cloud.

Experience

• Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technologies, such as single sign-on (SSO), SAML, OAuth, OIDC, two factor authentication, and privileged access management.

• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python, with the ability to develop automated solutions to streamline the IAM process.

• Working knowledge of Entra as the primary identity provider, in a cloud first environment.

• Ability to streamline resource management, roles assignments, and lifecycle management with the use of lifecycle workflows, and access packages.

• Solid experience with documentation, standard operating procedures, and polices aligned with infrastructure and cloud.

• Ability to operate IT technologies efficiently, reliably and at scale.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or minimum of 3 years experience in IT operations or infrastructure engineering, with relevant industry certifications.
