As an IT Operations Engineer, you’ll be the go-to hero behind the scenes - building, managing, and evolving our internal systems, platforms, and user environments. From keeping things running smoothly to jumping into new tools and automations, you’ll help empower both our people and our processes.

This is a role for tech-savvy multitaskers who love juggling cloud platforms, scripting, automation, and digging into systems to make them better every day. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact across the company and shape the digital backbone that drives our success.


What will you do as an IT Operations Engineer?

  • Manage and maintain Linux / Windows Servers.
  • Manage our MS 365 Suite and its components such as Exchange, SharePoint.
  • Manage user accounts and internal policies/procedures.
  • Manage platforms and their integrations where applicable.
  • Perform user equipment deployments and automate internal processes where possible.
  • Provide assistance to staff in various areas, resolving internal user IT support requests.
  • Manage and improve the company’s infrastructure where applicable.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams on release planning.
  • Communicate with customers and their IT departments in order to establish remote connections participating in their deployments and infrastructure setups.
  • Participate in efforts to increase monitoring, logging, and signaling capabilities.
  • Document configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.

The main qualifications for the IT Operations Engineer role are:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations and System administration, with hands-on experience in Linux/Windows servers environments.
  • Familiarity with networking (LAN, VPN, firewalls, switches).
  • Good experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware)
  • Good knowledge of MS 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange.
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Networking or related subjects.

Bonus Points

  • Working experience with Intune or equivalent platforms and exposure to new user onboarding processes.
  • Exposure to CI/CD or infrastructure automation (e.g., Azure DevOps, Ansible, Terraform)
  • Good knowledge of Web servers and SSL certificates.
  • Good understanding of Azure AD.
  • Experience with platform integrations.
  • Experience with Cybersecurity.
  • Understanding of authorization methods and platforms such as Keycloak.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
