What you’ll accomplish with us

As an IT Observability Analyst Intern, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyze and document observability needs for partners/users and provide support throughout the delivery process;

• Perform in-depth analyses and review data to identify trends, gaps, and root causes, while proposing solutions to improve processes;

• Collaborate actively with teams to deliver high-quality outputs, participate in team activities (ceremonies, Definition of Done, etc.), and ensure service excellence;

• Automate the deployment and instrumentation of observability solutions using tools such as Dynatrace, Terraform, and Kubernetes;

• Contribute to resolving operational issues and optimizing observability platforms within a Lean/Agile context.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently enrolled in a college or bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science or a related field and must complete a credited internship in Summer 2026;

• Demonstrates rigor, analytical thinking, curiosity, and autonomy in learning;

• Stands out for their ability to collaborate and communicate effectively;

• Is recognized for their synthesis skills and ability to simplify technical concepts;

• Has knowledge of observability tools such as Dynatrace, Terraform, and Kubernetes (an asset);

• Understands Lean/Agile principles and can apply them in a team setting (an asset).
