The Role
We’re looking for an IT Manager who can keep our stack secure, fast, and simple; from endpoints and identity to networks, cloud, and virtual desktops.
We need someone who is also humble to roll up their sleeves to resolve challenges but also too guide and mentor the IT department.
You’ll lead day-to-day IT Operations, strengthen security, and ship projects that make work easier for our teams.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and secure all endpoints across internal and client environments, including device protection, patching, remote support, and asset lifecycle management.
- Oversee network and firewall operations, ensuring secure traffic flow, stable connectivity, and proper security rules across on prem and cloud networks.
- Maintain cloud infrastructure and identity systems, including Azure, hybrid AD, user access, MFA, and SSO policies.
- Ensure smooth and secure operations of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments through monitoring, scaling, and access controls.
- Lead IT support and service management, including request handling, incident logging, documentation, and SOP maintenance.
- Drive IT projects and system improvements, from onboarding and patching to integrations, VOIP systems and tooling upgrades.
- Handle IT reporting and communication, providing visibility on system health, incidents, risks, and improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance documentation, aligned with security standards and best practices.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in IT (systems, network & security) and at least 3 years of leadership or BPO/offshore experience is a plus.
- Hands on with Microsoft 365, Microsoft defender, Sophos, Splashtop, Azure/Entra, Windows 10/11, AVD Host pools, FS Logix, VOIP systems, automation systems and firewall administration.
- Strong on cybersecurity practices, identity, and virtual environments.
- Excellent communication skills both to the team and to stakeholders & clients, documentation first mindset, and the calm to handle incidents well.
- Proven ability to run projects and collaborate across teams and vendors.
