Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT team across North America, ensuring efficient operation of backbone networks, application systems, and endpoint devices.
- Plan, design, and implement the overall architecture of the company’s network infrastructure.
- Oversee the planning, design, and management of IT facilities to support business operations.
- Continuously improve and optimize network design based on evolving business requirements.
- Design and evaluate network architecture for deploying application systems in manufacturing environments.
- Execute OA network engineering, backbone network construction, maintenance, and renovation planning.
- Assess and establish robust information security protocols; manage ongoing security system maintenance.
- Analyze and resolve complex network and security issues to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration; manage and mentor the IT team.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8+ years of progressive experience in network architecture and IT operations, including team leadership.
- Strong understanding of network architecture design (WAN and LAN), with hands-on experience in large-scale network implementation—preferably in manufacturing environments.
- Excellent logical thinking and architectural design skills; capable of integrating multi-level requirements into cohesive solutions.
- Proven experience in enterprise network, data center, and cloud platform architecture and deployment.
- Proficient in networking technologies and devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols and technologies: TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, LAN, STP, switching, and network security.
- Strong learning ability, communication and coordination skills, service orientation, and attention to detail.
- Effective cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrate experience in team leadership and management.
- Professional certifications such as CCIE are highly preferred.

Salary range: 140K – 190K
