Job Summary:

Job Title: IT Manager

Location: New York, NY

Position Overview:

Roc Nation is looking for a proactive and experienced IT Manager to oversee our technology operations and lead IT support across our offices and remote environments. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring infrastructure reliability, system security, and tech support in a fast-paced, creative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and help desk support
  • Administer cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) and oversee device management
  • Ensure cybersecurity standards, compliance, and data backup procedures
  • Provide technical support across Mac and Windows systems
  • Oversee IT vendor management and hardware/software procurement
  • Deliver executive-level support discreetly and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of IT experience, including 2+ in a supervisory role
  • Proficient in network administration, cloud services, and MDM tools
  • Experience in entertainment, music, or media environments strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills

The expected compensation for this position is:

$120,000 - $130,000

** Pay is based on several factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
