 Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Manager who can lead our infrastructure team, oversee mission-critical systems, and ensure minimal downtime for our trading operations. This role demands deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of the trading ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Manage and maintain a highly available low-latency infrastructure across multiple locations.
•       Lead a team of IT support engineers and network administrators.
•       Oversee network architecture (firewalls, switches, routers), server management, and storage solutions.
•       Design and implement robust security protocols in collaboration with the compliance and trading teams.
•       Ensure real-time monitoring and alerting of infrastructure and application health.
•       Work closely with traders and quant teams to provide infrastructure solutions that improve system performance.
•       Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement and upgrades.
•       Establish disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure in low-latency environments, preferably within trading firms.
• Strong knowledge of Linux (preferred), Windows, and networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP).
• Experience with firewalls (Palo Alto/Cisco/Juniper), load balancers, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot critical issues independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of IT operations best practices.
• Exposure to HFT or capital markets will be a significant advantage.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, 24x7 support environment (rotational shifts may apply).
