About the Role

We are seeking an IT Manager to help us facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain. In this culture-first organization, the IT Manager will lead technical onboarding, ensure seamless technology collaboration, and streamline system access while maintaining security and compliance. You will manage our IT systems, overseeing hardware, software, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, you will lead IT planning, projects, and support while managing budgets, inventory, and resource procurement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the setup of tech related equipment in partnership with the hiring manager of newly hired teammates
  • Initiate system access for new teammates in systems such as: email, Slack, Vorto native apps, Salesforce, MS 365, Figma, and any other related software based on group assignments
  • Ensure strong opsec and data governance practices
  • Manage SOC audits and evidence collection processes
  • Setup and manage technology for video conferencing, meeting room reservation, across multiple office locations in the US
  • Manage and maintain software expenses
  • Establish technical support ticketing systems and rapid response processes
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned


Qualifications/Skills:

  • Knowledge of SOC 2 Type 2 compliance and policies.
  • Hands-on experience installing software, patches, and updates on computers and peripherals.
  • Familiarity with security and vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Sophos, ThreatStack) is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Suite, GCP, and Azure administration, including IAM management.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • A collaborative mindset with self-motivation for individual projects.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in a relevant field
  • 5+ years related experience and/or training


Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annual salary
