We're looking for an IT Manager to lead and own IT operations and security across the company. It's a broad, global role, spanning four sites in Israel and the US, that covers everything from user and device management to vendor processes and security operations, with plenty of room to build and shape the function as we grow.
This is a rare opportunity to own an entire function in a growing company. You’ll be the person everyone knows, relies on, and trusts. Full decision-making authority, direct exposure to leadership, and a wide-open field to build, processes, infrastructure, and eventually a team. If you thrive on breadth, ownership, and being central to how a company operates, this is your playground.

How You’ll Spend Your Time- Own IT operations globally - manage user accounts, devices, and office IT infrastructure across Israel and US sites. Handle onboarding/offboarding workflows, device management (MDM), and day-to-day help desk support.
- Manage vendors and subscriptions - build and run vendor assessment and procurement processes in collaboration with Compliance and Finance. Control enterprise SaaS subscriptions and evaluate new tools.
- Lead security operations - oversee SOC, audit logging, vendor risk assessments, and security questionnaires for sales prospects. Work alongside Compliance and the CTO to maintain and improve the company’s security posture.
- Drive process and structure - build the workflows, documentation, and policies that turn a reactive IT function into a proactive one.
- Communicate with leadership - present security priorities, budget requests, and risk assessments to executives. Prioritize pragmatically and build buy-in across the organization.
- Drive growth - think strategically about how IT scales with the company, and take ownership of building the team and resources needed over time.
- 5+ years of hands-on IT experience, ideally in a startup or a small IT team that covered the full scope - user management, devices, infrastructure, help desk, and admin
- Solid understanding of security operations - SOC, compliance frameworks (SOC 2 or similar), audit processes, and vendor risk assessments
- Experience managing vendors and SaaS subscriptions at an organizational level
- Experience supporting multiple sites/locations across geographies
- Strong communication skills - ability to translate technical priorities into business language for non-technical stakeholders
- Self-directed - comfortable being the sole professional authority in your domain, operating with high autonomy
- Willingness to be hands-on - from help desk support to cable runs, especially in the first 1-2 years
- Strong English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel to the US periodically

- Experience building or managing a small IT team
- Experience setting up new office sites from scratch
- Background in fintech or a regulated industry

Bounce AI Compensation & Benefits Highlights
The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about Bounce AI and has not been reviewed or approved by Bounce AI.
-
Retirement Support — Retirement support is positioned as relatively strong, with postings pointing to a 401(k) and an employer match up to 5%. This can materially improve total compensation beyond base pay for employees who contribute.
-
Healthcare Strength — Healthcare coverage is presented as comprehensive, spanning medical, dental, and vision, with mentions of HSA and disability coverage. This strengthens the overall rewards package even when cash compensation feels merely mid-market.
-
Strong & Reliable Incentives — Incentive opportunities appear meaningful in some roles, with a base plus a “somewhat uncapped commission” structure and references to performance bonus eligibility. For higher performers, this can lift total earnings above the hourly or base salary baseline.
