Qualifications
- 5+ years of management or team lead experience in enterprise-level Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, or related HR technology solutions.
- Deep understanding of Time & Attendance and Workforce Management business processes and technologies, with demonstrated expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG WFM Pro/Dimensions).
- UKG Workforce Management certification(s) preferred, with expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Labor Management, and Workforce Compliance.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing technical and functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and other labor compliance requirements, leave regulations, overtime calculations, and workforce governance for a global organization having employees working in multiple legislative frameworks.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven capabilities, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to optimize workforce management processes and improve business outcomes.
- Proficiency in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile, Lean, Scrum and Kanban delivery frameworks.
- Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $126,800 to $158,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Time & Attendance Manager to lead and develop our IT Time & Attendance team within the broader Human Capital Management (HCM) portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing the strategy, delivery of high-quality solutions, and ongoing support of our workforce management solutions in UKG, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our systems accurately capture, process, and report employee time and attendance data in compliance with business and regulatory requirements while supporting our business objectives and core values.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Time & Attendance analysts, developers, and subcontractors located in the US and internationally.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture aligned with WWT’s core values.
- Conduct regular 1-on-1s, provide coaching, and support career development for direct reports.
- Oversee hiring, performance management, and team member recognition.
Strategic Delivery & Operations
- Partner with the Product Manager and Product Owner to set vision and strategy for Time & Attendance systems and processes, ensuring alignment with broader HCM and business goals.
- Oversee the design, implementation, configuration, and support of workforce management solutions (e.g., UKG Workforce Management Pro, ADP Vantage, or similar platforms).
- Collaborate with IT, Payroll, HR, Legal, Finance and business stakeholders to deliver accurate and compliant time-keeping solutions.
- Ensure system integrations between Time & Attendance platforms and downstream systems (Payroll, HRIS, ERP Finance) are reliable, tested, and documented.
- Ensure teams meet commitments while adhering to organizational quality, methodology, and architecture standards.
Compliance & Accuracy
- Ensure Time & Attendance configurations and processes comply with federal, state, local and global labor laws, and applicable union agreements.
- Partner with HR and Legal to address regulatory changes impacting timekeeping and leave management.
- Oversee audit processes to identify and resolve discrepancies in time data, ensuring payroll accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, business rules, and process workflows.
Process Improvement & Issue Resolution
- Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting system, delivery and team effectiveness.
- Serve as a trusted UKG advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize, enhance, and future-proof the current solution design.
- Champion continuous improvement, diversity, and quality within and across teams.
- Escalate and remove impediments to maximize team performance.
Stakeholder Engagement
