- Leads and manages the Enterprise Application Administration team.
- Serve as technology lead and liaison to HMSA in developing and linking solutions to company requirements, goals, and objectives to create and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Responsible for the procurement and leads the team of engineers to implement, install, configure, management, maintenance, and support of software systems. Creates processes and protocols for software systems, managing server and system upgrades, and troubleshooting problems.
- Contributes in strategic discussions to the definition and refinement of IT strategies and roadmaps and supports development and maintenance of departmental roadmaps. Conducts reviews of solution architectures.
