As a Site IT Manager, you'll work in a high-reaching environment where innovation meets strict compliance.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with site leadership to identify, and efficiently implement Digital solutions
· Guide and support a team of manufacturing and lab IT professionals, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment.
· Support quality teams to maintain perfect regulatory compliance and robust security standards.
· Handle budgets and resources effectively to achieve project goals within established timelines.
· Implement innovative solutions while balancing growth and modernization of site technology.
· Act as a liaison between site and global IT teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.
· Coordinate IT projects from conception to completion
Qualifications
· Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's or equivalent experience preferred
· At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or lab related IT roles, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership position.
· Solid understanding of GMP, FDA, GAMP, and other regulatory standards
· Consistent track record in implementing IT solutions in manufacturing and lab environments
· Outstanding project management, leadership, and communication skills
